Refund and Returns Policy
At Kinetic Solutions, we pour heart, soul, and craftsmanship into every handmade product and design art piece we create. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a refund or return process that’s as smooth as our designs are bold.
Our Promise
Every item is a one-of-a-kind creation, handcrafted with care in Van Alstyne, Texas. Because of this, we stand behind the quality and artistry of our work. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, let us turn your experience around!
30-Day Return Window
- Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the same packaging they arrived in. Since our products are handmade, we ask that you treat them with the same care we do!
How to Request a Return
- Reach Out: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a quick note about why you’re returning the item, and whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange.
- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Please don’t send anything back without this—it’s our way of keeping things organized!
- Ship It Back: Pack your item securely and ship it to: Kinetic Solutions

You’ll cover the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (see below). - We’ll Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- When You’ll Get It: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs aren’t refundable, but we’ll cover them if we made a mistake!
- Our Mistake, Our Fix: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll refund you fully—including shipping—and cover the return shipping cost. Just send us a photo of the issue with your email.
Exchanges
- Swap It Out: Prefer a different piece? We’re happy to exchange eligible items, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, we’ll send you a payment link for the difference. If it’s less, we’ll refund the balance.
- Unique Art Note: Since many of our products are handmade or one-offs, exchanges may depend on what we have in stock. We’ll work with you to find something just as special!
Non-Returnable Items
Some things can’t come back to us, including:
- Custom-made or personalized designs (unless there’s an error on our end).
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Shipping Damage or Lost Orders
- Damaged in Transit: If your art arrives less than perfect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it or refund you, no hassle.
- Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, let us know within 14 days of shipment. We’ll track it down or send a replacement.
